Does this stuff actually work?
Yes. I won’t make it if it doesn’t work, we don’t trust it, or no one likes it.
Do you have recipes or how-to’s?
As I make the recipe posts for each item, I will link it here. If there is an unlinked product that you want the recipe for, shoot me a suggestion.
Are these items vegan?
If something is vegan by nature, sure. If something works best with an animal product, no.
How much testing do you do for these products?
Generally, we try several recipes and go through months or years of tweaking to get a product that we are actually happy with. There are a few things that we found a recipe in an old book or some such that needed no tinkering.
Why don’t you just buy this stuff?
Usually because making it is cheaper. Sometimes, though, it just makes us feel good to create something practical.
Are you a “crunchy” mom?
No. Will definitely qualifies as scrunchy, though.
